Health & Safety Precautions

The Wilbury Theatre Group takes the health and safety of its community very seriously and is committed to protecting its staff, artists, patrons, and all who walk through our doors.

Our current health and safety protocols are posted below. We will update and revise our policies and actions as the situation warrants, based on the most up-to-date guidance from government agencies and experts.

Additionally, The Wilbury Group will continue to to enlist the guidance of Brandon Marshall, PhD, an advising epidemiologist from the Brown University School of Public Health.

Please note that details may be revisited or revised based on CDC guidance and the evolving circumstances of the pandemic.

Effective immediately and until further notice: 

• The Wilbury Theatre Group is a fully vaccinated workplace - all staff and artists working our performances or events have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

    

• Masks for staff, artists, and guests are optional - Face masks are available at the Box Office upon request.

 

• We have adopted contactless ticketing for all performances to reduce physical touch points.

 

• Our lobby, performance and rehearsal spaces, dressing rooms, and offices have been installed with high-efficiency H13 TRUE HEPA filter air purifiers throughout, as required by Actors’ Equity Association, the union of professional actors and stage managers in the United States.

 

• Hand sanitizers are available in common spaces, and enhanced cleaning protocols are being implemented on shared and high-touch surfaces.

 

• Staff members have been trained as COVID Safety Compliance Officers, and certified by Health Education Services to ensure that The Wilbury Theatre Group adheres to all required protocols.
